Thunder Wars is a community built on shared values of respect, honesty, and the joy of digital entertainment. These guidelines apply to all interactions within the Thunder Wars ecosystem — including feedback submissions, contact form messages, any community features, and how you represent yourself as a Thunder Wars user. By using our platform, you agree to abide by these guidelines. We review and update them periodically to reflect evolving community standards and best practices in digital entertainment.
1. Respect for All Community Members
Every person who uses Thunder Wars deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. We are a diverse community of Canadian adults from every background, and that diversity makes us stronger. You are expected to communicate with others — including our team — in a respectful, courteous manner at all times.
Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes hostile or threatening language, repeated unwanted contact, and any behaviour designed to make another person feel unsafe or unwelcome. Disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate action, up to and including a permanent ban from the platform.
This standard applies equally to how you communicate with Thunder Wars staff. Our team works hard to build and maintain a great platform for you. Abusive or threatening communications directed at our team members will not be tolerated and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
2. Zero Tolerance for Discrimination
Thunder Wars has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination in any form. Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, or otherwise discriminatory language or behaviour is absolutely not permitted on our platform. This applies to explicit slurs as well as coded language, dog whistles, or any other form of expression intended to demean or marginalize individuals based on their identity.
We celebrate the diversity of the Canadian community and actively work to create an inclusive space. Any behaviour that undermines inclusion will be acted upon swiftly and firmly. If you witness discriminatory behaviour directed at you or another community member, please report it immediately to hello@gamingthunderwars.com.
3. Honest and Transparent Communication
We expect all community members to engage with us and with each other honestly. This means providing accurate information when you contact us, not misrepresenting yourself or your intentions, and engaging in good faith when participating in any community feature or feedback mechanism.
Spreading misinformation about Thunder Wars — for example, falsely claiming that the platform involves financial transactions, prizes, or anything other than free social entertainment — is a violation of these guidelines. If you have a genuine concern about how something on our platform is described or presented, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can address it.
Impersonating Thunder Wars staff, other community members, or any real person in any communication related to our platform is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences.
4. Platform Integrity
You agree not to attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the technical operation of the Thunder Wars platform in any way. This includes attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or manipulate our interactive modules or backend systems; using automated tools (bots, scrapers, or scripts) to interact with the platform in ways not intended for human users; or attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
If you discover a security vulnerability or technical issue, we genuinely want to hear about it. Please report it responsibly to hello@gamingthunderwars.com rather than exploiting it. We appreciate the contribution of responsible disclosure and will acknowledge it appropriately.
Using the Thunder Wars platform or brand in any way not explicitly authorized by us — including creating derivative works, unauthorized fan sites that could mislead users, or commercial use of our intellectual property — is not permitted.
5. Content Standards
When submitting feedback, using our contact form, or participating in any community interaction, the content you provide must meet the following standards:
Content must not be obscene, sexually explicit, or graphic in nature. Content must not promote, glorify, or trivialize violence, self-harm, or harm to others. Content must not include personal information about other individuals without their explicit consent. Content must not constitute spam, unsolicited commercial communication, or chain-letter type messages. Content must not be designed to manipulate, deceive, or mislead our team or other community members.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards and to take action against the accounts or individuals responsible.
6. Age and Geographic Requirements
Thunder Wars is an adult entertainment platform for individuals aged 19 and older who are located in Canada. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet these criteria. Attempting to circumvent age verification or geographic restrictions — for example, by using a VPN to simulate Canadian location when you are not in Canada — is a violation of our Terms of Service and these guidelines.

7. Responsible Play Standards
We ask all community members to embrace the principles of responsible digital entertainment. This means being aware of how much time you spend on the platform, never allowing digital entertainment to take precedence over your real-world obligations and relationships, and reaching out for help if you feel your engagement with the platform is becoming problematic.
We also ask that you do not encourage irresponsible play behaviour in others. Pressuring fellow community members to play more than they are comfortable with, or dismissing concerns about healthy play habits, is contrary to our community values and will not be tolerated.
8. Reporting Violations
If you experience or witness behaviour that violates these guidelines, we want to know about it. Please send a detailed report to hello@gamingthunderwars.com, describing what occurred, when it happened, and any relevant context you can provide. We investigate all reports thoroughly and take appropriate action. We also commit to keeping reports confidential to the extent possible.
False reports made in bad faith — for example, attempting to get another user sanctioned based on fabricated violations — are themselves violations of these guidelines and will be dealt with accordingly.
9. Enforcement
Thunder Wars reserves the right to take action against any individual who violates these guidelines. Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, enforcement actions may include: issuing a formal warning; restricting or modifying access to platform features; permanently banning an individual from using the platform; and, where required by law, reporting behaviour to the appropriate authorities.
Our enforcement decisions are made in good faith based on the information available to us at the time. If you believe an enforcement action against you was made in error, you may appeal by contacting us at hello@gamingthunderwars.com with a clear explanation of your case. We will review all appeals fairly.
10. Updates to These Guidelines
We review these Community Guidelines regularly and may update them to reflect new community standards, changes in platform features, or evolving best practices. Significant changes will be communicated through a notice on the platform. Continued use of Thunder Wars following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised guidelines.
